What are the delivery options?

We deliver only in Gibraltar from Monday to Friday 10:00-17:00.

We’ll try our best for home delivery within 3-5 working days but is always subject to stock, courier availability and courier area.

We’re unable to deliver on Public holidays, nor can we guarantee specific delivery times.

Will I get confirmation of my order?

Once you have placed your order you’ll see an order confirmation screen detailing what you bought and how much it cost. An email will also be sent to you confirming your order.

What payment options are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards.

Delivery charges?

There is a £5 delivery charges on ALL orders UNLESS the order is over £50 in which case delivery is free.

Is the product picture on your website exactly the same as item that I will receive?

We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website page. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colours and that the actual colour of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.

What is your returns and refunds policy?

You can return or exchange your items purchased online within 60 days of receipt of your order to the original payment card used.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition your received it.

Refunds/exchanges can be processed in store as and when we are allowed to fully open our store again in line with Covid 19 Restrictions. Please ensure you bring all receipts with your refund/exchange.

Alternatively you can deliver back your purchases to our store using a local delivery service. You will be responsible for paying your own delivery costs. Please address deliveries to Online Department, 215B Main Street, PO BOX 17, Gibraltar. Please ensure all receipts are sent back with your purchases and clearly mark on if you would like a refund or exchange for another size.

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

Important information:

  • Only products that are in a saleable condition in their original packaging and with their tags in place can be returned.
  • Our returns policy does not affect your legal or statutory rights in any way, e.g. your right to return items which are faulty or not as described.
  • We may change our returns policy from time to time.

It’s in our customer’s best interests that Food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons


How and When will I receive a refund?

We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible. Once a refund has been issued you will receive a new receipt in store detailing the amount which has been refunded and the item which we have received back.

We will refund the money to the same method used to pay for your purchase.

I have a faulty item. How do I return it?

We are sorry to hear that your item is faulty!

To return an item(s) please bring the products back into our store in Gibraltar where we will either replace it or if this is not possible offer you a refund.

Gift Vouchers

These can be purchased online but can ONLY be redeemed in our stores in Gibraltar or the United Kingdom
