Refunds policy

You can return or exchange your items purchased online within 60 days of receipt of your order to the original payment card used.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition your received it.

Refunds/exchanges can be processed in store as and when we are allowed to fully open our store again in line with Covid 19 Restrictions. Please ensure you bring all receipts with your refund/exchange.

Alternatively you can deliver back your purchases to our store using a local delivery service. You will be responsible for paying your own delivery costs. Please address deliveries to Online Department, 215B Main Street, PO BOX 17, Gibraltar. Please ensure all receipts are sent back with your purchases and clearly mark on if you would like a refund or exchange for another size.

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
